Delete your Tenva account
If you have access to Tenva, you can delete your account directly from the account/settings area in the app.
Don't have access to the app?
You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@tenva.app from the email address associated with your Tenva account.

What happens?
We will verify the request where necessary and process deletion of the Tenva account and associated user data in accordance with the Tenva Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Some information may be retained when required or permitted for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or compliance reasons.
What to include
- The email address associated with your Tenva account.
- Subject: Tenva Account Deletion Request.
